Saudia Ranks First Globally for On-Time Arrivals in July 2026

Saudia ranked first among global airlines for on-time flight arrivals in July 2026, recording an 87.24% on-time performance across 16,406 flights, according to aviation analytics platform Cirium.

The ranking covers one of the busiest travel periods of the year, when airlines typically face increased operational pressure during the summer holiday season.

Saudia said the result reflects an integrated operational approach combining the expertise of national talent, coordination across Saudia Group companies, collaboration with airport partners and government entities, and the use of advanced digital systems and artificial intelligence to support operational planning and decision-making.

Saudia Group Director General Eng. Ibrahim Al-Omar said maintaining operational leadership requires continuous investment in people and technology, adding that the airline aims to make punctuality a consistent part of the passenger experience while supporting the objectives of Saudi Arabia's National Aviation Strategy through efficient and sustainable travel services.

The July result marks the third consecutive time in 2026 that Saudia has topped Cirium's global airline punctuality rankings, following previous periods that included the Hajj season and peak summer travel.
