Saudi Delivery Orders Rise 30.5% to 132 Million in Q2 2026

Saudi Arabia’s delivery sector recorded more than 132 million orders in the second quarter of 2026, marking a 30.5% increase from the same period a year earlier, according to an index issued by the Transport General Authority.

The index linked the growth to the wider expansion of logistics and e-commerce activity, alongside digital transformation, greater use of technology and the development of new delivery business models.

Riyadh accounted for the largest share of orders at 44%, followed by the Makkah region at 22% and the Eastern Province at 16%.

Madinah accounted for 5% of orders, while the remaining share was distributed across other regions of the Kingdom.

The authority said the sector’s continued adoption of digital tools is contributing to higher operational efficiency and service capacity as delivery volumes expand.
