Private Investors Sought for USD 135 Million Madinah Ferris Wheel

Private investors are being sought to fund the proposed Hijaz Eye, a USD 135 million ferris wheel planned for Madinah, according to an investment opportunity listed on the Invest Saudi platform.

The project is planned for a 33,700-square-metre site and is expected to generate a return on investment within seven years. The listing is among more than 2,200 investment opportunities currently featured on the Invest Saudi platform for private sector participation.

The proposed attraction forms part of wider efforts to broaden Madinah's visitor offering beyond religious tourism. In recent years, projects across hospitality, entertainment, retail and cultural experiences have been introduced to encourage pilgrims and domestic travellers to extend their stays, supporting broader tourism and economic diversification goals.
