Jeddah Tower Surpasses 100 Floors as Construction Advances

Jeddah Tower has surpassed 100 floors, reaching level 106 and a height of 430 metres as construction continues on schedule, according to Kingdom Holding Company.

In its second-quarter earnings report, the company said more than 300,000 cubic metres of concrete have been poured, representing around 67% of the total planned for the project. Work has also progressed on the building's façade and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, with more than 3,000 façade panels installed, equivalent to around 11% of the cladding.

The company said approximately 6,400 workers are currently on site. Construction has recorded more than 16 million working hours without a lost-time incident and zero fatalities.

Kingdom Holding also reported that its land portfolio, comprising developed and undeveloped land in Riyadh and investments in Jeddah Economic City, increased slightly to SAR 15.1 billion. Despite continued progress on the tower, the company said it had maintained the year-end 2025 valuation of Jeddah Economic City because of ongoing challenges in the real estate sector, adding that it will review the valuation again at the end of 2026.

For the first half of 2026, Kingdom Holding reported SAR 1.2 billion in revenue, down 12% year-on-year, while net profit declined 27%. During the second quarter, revenue fell 1% and net profit decreased 16% compared with the same period last year.
