Fujairah-Khorfakkan Road Speed Limit Cut to 100km/h
The maximum speed will fall from 120km/h to 100km/h from October 13th, with motorists urged to follow updated road signs.
The speed limit on the Fujairah-Khorfakkan Road will be reduced from 120km/h to 100km/h from October 13th, 2026, Fujairah Police has announced.
The change has been implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure and is intended to improve road safety and bring the route in line with updated traffic regulations. Motorists have been urged to follow the revised limit and observe all traffic signs and instructions along the corridor.
The reduction follows other recent speed limit changes in the UAE. In September, Abu Dhabi Mobility lowered the maximum speed on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Street (E311) from 120km/h to 100km/h in both directions.
