Healthcare professionals with over 15 years’ service in the UAE may now apply for long-term residency.
Teachers and Educators

Private school and university staff in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah now qualify for the Golden Visa thanks to newly recognised educator criteria that aims to strengthen the country's education system.
Content Creators

Digital content creators, filmmakers, and social-media influencers now have a pathway to the Golden Visa via the UAE’s creative-economy initiative.
E-Sports and Gaming Professionals

Individuals over 25 years old working in competitive gaming or e-sports can now qualify under dedicated recognition initiative like the Dubai Program for Gaming 2033 (DPG33).
Luxury Yacht Owners and Executives

Owners of vessels over 40 metres or executives in the yacht industry qualify under the marine sector track, with opportunities for family sponsorship.
Waqf Donors

Donors to Islamic endowments (Waqf) under the “financial supporters of humanitarian work” category may now be nominated for the Golden Visa, expanding eligibility to philanthropic contributors.
