Janu Unveils Luxury Residences on Al Marjan Island by SCDA Architects
Janu’s newest development pairs 73 luxury residences and five Marina Villas with a hotel, private beach and wellness centre.
Janu, the hospitality and lifestyle brand under Aman Group, is expanding its residential portfolio to Ras Al Khaimah with a new hotel and collection of branded residences on Al Marjan Island. Designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects, the practice founded by architect Soo K. Chan, the development is shaped around its waterfront setting, with floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive terraces opening onto views of the Arabian Gulf. Developed jointly by Marjan and Wynn Resorts, it sits beside Wynn Al Marjan Island. Construction began in July 2026.
The project comprises a 132-key hotel, 73 residences and five Marina Villas along the island’s eastern shoreline. Homes range from one-bedroom apartments spanning 197 square metres to a five-bedroom penthouse measuring 1,761 square metres. Selected residences feature private swimming pools and double-height living spaces, extending the interiors towards the sea.
Residents will have access to a 265-metre private beach and berthing at Wynn Marina, which accommodates superyachts up to 85 metres long. Shared facilities include the hotel’s 2,496-square-metre Janu Spa and Wellness Centre, cryotherapy facilities, a padel court, a 30-metre swimming pool and six dining and entertainment venues, including a Beach Club.
The project extends Janu’s presence in the UAE following the launch of Janu Residences in Dubai earlier this year.
