CineGouna Funding Opens Call for Arab Film Projects
El Gouna Film Festival's CineGouna Funding has opened submissions for development and post-production funding until July 15th.
CineGouna Funding has opened submissions for its latest cycle, with applications now being accepted for two categories: feature narrative and documentary projects in development, and films in post-production.
The development call is open until June 30th 2026, while the post-production deadline is July 15th 2026. The initiative, part of El Gouna Film Festival’s industry support activities, is designed for Arab directors and producers from across the region looking for project development and co-production support at different stages of the filmmaking process.
The awarded project will be selected at El Gouna Film Festival 9th edition, scheduled to take place from October 15th to 23rd, 2026.
