Specialty Būn is Giving Chef Lara Khalifa the Kitchen This Weekend
Chef Lara Khalifa kicks off Specialty Būn’s new residency with two Egyptian-inspired creations this weekend.
Specialty Būn is launching its new Chef in Residency programme, with Chef Lara Khalifa taking over the kitchen for its first edition this weekend.
Khalifa is reworking familiar Egyptian flavours into two exclusive creations for Specialty Būn. The capsule menu includes the savoury Roumy Hibiscus Beef Sayeh and a sweet Brioche & Sorbet creation.
The residency will take place at Specialty Būn in Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed, on Friday, September 25th and Saturday, September 26th, with the special menu served from 11 AM to 3 PM on both days.
Chef in Residency is set to become a recurring programme at Specialty Būn, bringing different chefs into the kitchen to create limited-edition menus exclusively for the space.
