New Cairo is Getting Another Asian Food Truck This April

New Cairo is getting another Asian street food truck—because there can never be too many. Set to open on April 23rd in Shades Mall, Skew is a food truck built around Asian skewers, as the name suggests.

The menu includes beef tenderloin, lamb and fried chicken skewers, served with different spice levels according to preference, with sauces of choice on the side. The concept leans into “European Asian fusion,” combining Asian cooking techniques with European-inspired flavour pairings.

Alongside the skewers, the menu also includes dumplings, corn ribs, spring rolls, and a Spanish sofrito-style dish, focused on small plates and quick-service street food.
