Egyptian Deli Concept Fino is Now Open in New Cairo

After launching in Sheikh Zayed’s Majarrah Mall, Fino has officially opened a new branch in C Park Mall in New Cairo, doubling down on its mission to revive the Egyptian deli - this time with more parking and fewer school uniforms in sight.

Backed by Tayf Holding, Fino was built around a simple premise: the humble fino deserves main-character energy. The team spent eight months perfecting their in-house baked bread, understanding that in the sandwich economy, structure is everything. Too soft and it collapses. Too rigid and it betrays you mid-bite. Fino’s version lands somewhere in that nostalgic sweet spot - pillowy, but with purpose.

The fillings follow suit. The menu stretches from breakfast to late afternoon cravings: pastrami with egg, roast beef and cheddar, halloumi for the semi-virtuous, and for lunch loyalists, lahma b basal and the fries-cheese-sujok situation that feels engineered to derail productivity.
