UAE Intercepted 165 Missiles & 541 Iranian Drones Since Strikes Onset
Some debris from intercepted missiles and drones caused minor to moderate damage to civilian properties.
The UAE Ministry of Defense confirmed that its Air Force and Air Defense successfully intercepted 152 out of 165 ballistic missiles, 2 cruise missiles, and 506 of 541 Iranian drones since the start of attacks on February 28, 2026. Eight missiles fell into the sea, and 35 drones reached UAE territory, causing material damage.
The attack has resulted in 3 fatalities of Pakistani, Nepali, and Bangladeshi nationalities, and 58 injuries among nationals of multiple countries including the UAE, Egypt, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Uganda, Eritrea, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.
