Saudi Arabia welcomed 115.9 million tourists in 2024, according to the Ministry of Tourism’s annual report. The figure includes 29.7 million international arrivals - an 8% increase from 2023 and a 70% rise compared to 2019.
Domestic tourism also surged, with 86.2 million Saudis travelling within the Kingdom. The Formula 1 Grand Prix alone drew 3.2 million visitors. Tourist spending rose 19%, driven by longer stays averaging 19 nights.
Saudi Arabia ranked first among G20 nations in growth of international arrivals and second globally.
