Riyadh Air Collaborates With Artefact for AI Aviation Innovation
The new innovations are slated to be implemented ahead of the airline’s maiden flight in 2025.
Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Air has formed a strategic partnership with global data and AI services consultant Artefact in order to capitalise on AI innovations in the Saudi aviation industry. The partnership will focus on building Riyadh Air’s data analytics platform, developing AI solutions across the main commercial business as well as for corporate functions.
AI solutions will also be used to personalise guest experience, as well as optimising flight and ground operations by processing real-time data to predict trends. The new innovations will be prepared ahead of the airline's maiden flight, which is expected to take place in 2025, beginning a schedule that will serve more than 100 destinations worldwide.
