New Platform Will Monitor Gender Balance in Riyadh’s Workplaces
Launched by the Saudi Institute of Public Administration, the electronic platform aims to assess gender disparities in the workplace.
The Saudi Institute of Public Administration (IPA) has recently launched an experimental version of an electronic platform for the National Observatory for Gender Balance Indicators. The platform is designed to monitor gender balance in workplaces across Riyadh.
By reviewing more than 85 local and international indicators, the new platform aims to help provide strategic solutions to enhance work performance and ultimately contribute to gender equality in the work environment.
The initiative is an integral part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 for digital transformation and gender equality in the workplace.
