New 'Khadamat Misr' Centre Now Offers Government Services in Cairo
The new centre makes for a centralised location for everything from ID renewal to passports to traffic.
Following its opening in Alexandria, Aswan and South Sinai, ‘Khadamat Misr’ has opened its first centre in Greater Cairo. The centre will offer over 150 government services in a centralised location, including documentation, real estate registration, ID renewal, traffic services, passports and more.
Operated by E-Finance Group, the centre also aims to enhance citizens’ government services experience through digital transformation, and has processed over 400,000 transactions since its soft launch. This effort aligns with Egypt’s administrative reform plans to create an efficient government apparatus and expand these services nationwide, with upcoming centres set to open in Gharbia, Giza and North Sinai.
