Composer Hans Zimmer Brings His Incredible Live Show Back to Dubai
The movie maestro brings his world-class band to the City of Gold on May 31st.
Renowned for scoring films like ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, ‘The Lion King’, and, most recently, ‘Dune’ and ‘Dune: Part 2’, musical composer Hans Zimmer is set to return to the city of Dubai.
Hans Zimmer will bring an incredible band of musicians along with him, including Tina Guao on the cello and Pedro Eustache on winds. Graced with vocal performances by Lisa Gerard, Lebo M and Loire - the original vocal talents behind the soundtracks of ‘Gladiator’, ‘The Lion King’ and ’Dune’ respectively - this live performance captures the magic of a selection of Hollywood’s greatest hits. The concert will be brought to life by a captivating dance performance that illustrates the stories of Zimmer’s favourite works.
“I am immensely grateful for the warm embrace Dubai gave to my music during our first performance in the city,” Zimmer tells SceneNowUAE. This is the second time Dubai will host the two-time Oscar winning, four-time Grammy winning, Tony winning, and Emmy nominated composer since the ‘Hans Zimmer Live’ concert in 2023. "Hans Zimmer Live is an indescribable journey through music, leaving an everlasting imprint on the hearts and spirits of our guests,” Omar Saab, President of EVI, the event company organising the concert, says. “The magic of Hans Zimmer goes beyond the notes. It's an immersive experience that lingers, creating cherished memories.”
The concert will be held on May 31st at the Coca-Cola Arena. Tickets for this event are on sale now.
