Abu Dhabi Launches 24/7 Mental Health Support Hotline

Abu Dhabi’s Department of Health has launched the 800-SAKINA hotline (800-725462) amid escalating tensions to provide a safe and confidential space to connect with qualified mental health professionals and access primary mental health care services.

Available in both Arabic and English, it is designed to be accessible to all members of the community, with dedicated support tailored for children and families.

The service operates around the clock, providing 24/7 assistance for those experiencing anxiety, stress, panic attacks, sleep difficulties, or fatigue.
