A New Forest-Inspired Mall Is Coming to Dubai
Ghaf Woods Mall, a USD 4.2 billion “mall in the forest,” has been introduced as Majid Al Futtaim’s new flagship, combining nature with luxury retail and experiences.
Majid Al Futtaim has officially unveiled plans for Ghaf Woods Mall, a new retail and lifestyle destination in Dubai. Slated to sit within the Ghaf Woods community — which itself sits alongside more than 35,000 trees and is being billed as Dubai’s first “forest-living development” — the mall aims to blur the line between built environment and green space.
Located on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), the USD 4.2 billion mall is pitched as Majid Al Futtaim’s new flagship destination in the UAE. Ghaf Woods Mall will mark Majid Al Futtaim’s 30th mall worldwide, and its first in the region to adopt what the developer calls a “forest-integrated retail” model.
