Magna AI & TechnoVal Forge $300M Alliance to Build Saudi AI Cloud
The new alliance is set to establish a sovereign AI Cloud platform in Saudi Arabia to drive secure, intelligent industrial and digital transformation across the MENA region.
Magna AI and TechnoVal announced a US$300 million alliance, aiming to expand AI-driven industrial and digital transformation across MENA, an announcement made at GITEX Global 2025, the annual Dubai-held technology exhibit.
The newly signed memorandum of understanding triggered the establishment of a sovereign AI and Cloud Data Centre in Saudi Arabia. The facility will cater to both public and private sectors, providing support to regional data governance and the development of secure, adaptable AI infrastructure aligning with regional digital sovereignty goals.
The initiative will also shape the transformation of TechnoVal’s parent companies, HSA and OMACO Groups as they integrate AI across operations spanning manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and food processing. This cross-sector approach is intended to form a reference model for intelligent industrialisation, where data-driven systems inform decisions across government, energy, healthcare, and urban development.
Practical integration lies at the core of the collaboration. Magna AI’s capabilities will be embedded into TechnoVal’s SAP-based systems, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, introducing predictive analytics, AI copilots, and automation that enhance operational intelligence. The partnership will further extend to cybersecurity, where Magna AI’s digital twin and SIEM technologies will help simulate and respond to evolving threats in real time.
Through co-innovation programmes and shared go-to-market initiatives, both companies aim to expand AI adoption and build frameworks that enable sustainable digital transformation. As Saudi Arabia advances toward Vision 2030, the Magna AI–TechnoVal partnership signals how sovereign infrastructure and intelligent industry can converge to define the next chapter of regional innovation.
