Dubai Future Foundation Opens Applications for Third FEEL Cohort

The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) has opened applications for the third edition of 'FEEL: A Disruptive Futures Programme', a three-week immersive initiative designed to help leaders navigate emerging technologies, anticipate future trends, and develop strategies for a rapidly changing world.

Set to take place across Dubai and the UAE, the programme brings together executives, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and innovation leaders for a hands-on exploration of the technologies and ideas shaping the future. Participants will engage in expert-led workshops, foresight exercises, innovation lab visits, and discussions with global thought leaders.

“Foresight has become one of the most critical capabilities required by governments, institutions, and leaders across sectors, particularly in a period of rapid regional and global change,” said Abdulaziz AlJaziri, Deputy CEO and COO of Dubai Future Foundation.

The programme is highly selective, with only 30 participants accepted per cohort. The previous edition attracted 401 applications from 68 countries, with just 30 participants from 15 countries ultimately selected.

FEEL is open to professionals with at least 10 years of experience and strong English proficiency, particularly those working in leadership, entrepreneurship, investment, government, innovation, and transformation roles.

Applications for the 2026 cohort are open until July 10, with the programme aimed at equipping participants with the tools and frameworks needed to identify emerging opportunities and turn future insights into real-world impact.
