A New Programme by the Ministry of Culture to Train & Employ Emiratis
Private and semi government entities are invited to register to offer roles across heritage arts media and design fields via the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council platform.

The Ministry of Culture has launched the 'Path of Creativity Programme' to train and employ Emiratis in the cultural and creative industries, focusing on direct job placement and structured training pathways in the private sector. The initiative is designed to support talented Emirati job seekers through two main tracks: employment opportunities and professional training, delivered in collaboration with private companies across the United Arab Emirates and supported by the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council platform (Nafis.)
Under the training track, the programme provides up to 12 months of hands on, professional experience within private sector companies for Emiratis pursuing careers in the cultural and creative fields. Parallel to this, the employment track connects candidates to available roles in participating companies, with Ministry oversight and support through the Nafis platform.
Eligible fields span cultural and natural heritage, performing arts and celebrations, visual arts and crafts, books, audio visual and interactive media, and design and creative services. Additional areas listed by the Ministry include museums, archaeology and historical sites, cultural education, culinary arts, music, festivals and exhibitions, fine arts, photography, handicrafts, writing and publishing, libraries and archives, film and video, electronic games, fashion design, graphic design, architectural design, and technology and software design.
Applications and company registrations are processed via Nafis, with further information available on the Ministry’s initiative page.
