A New Waldorf Astoria Nile Cruise Is Coming to Luxor & Aswan
Set to launch in late 2026, the luxury cruise will feature 29 suites, a full-service spa, and distinctive dining experiences.
Hilton is bringing its storied Waldorf Astoria brand to the Nile with the launch of the Waldorf Astoria Nile River Experience—a new luxury cruise set to sail through the heart of Egypt’s cultural legacy.
Launching in late 2026 in partnership with Middle East For Nile Cruisers, the experience will unfold over four- and six-night itineraries between Luxor and Aswan. Guests will board at private docks in either city, setting off to explore the ancient temples of Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, and historical landmarks in Esna, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Aswan.
The vessel will span five decks and feature 29 elegantly designed suites, each with sweeping views of the Nile. Onboard amenities will include a rooftop deck, a full-service spa, a fitness centre, and distinctive dining experiences like the signature Peacock Alley and a brasserie blending Egyptian, Mediterranean, and international cuisines.
Hilton currently operates 14 properties in Egypt and plans to triple its presence in the coming years.
