Skylight Mall is set to open in Dubai in 2027 with more than 360 stores across a 1.3 million-square-foot development on Al Khail Road. The mall is planned as a retail, dining and entertainment destination serving nearby communities including Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands and The Springs.
Dubai Retail said the development will combine shopping, dining and leisure within a contemporary design built around light-filled interiors and interconnected spaces. The tenant mix has yet to be announced, with further details on participating brands and the mall’s exact opening date expected in the coming months.
Skylight Mall will join Dubai Retail’s wider portfolio of 58 malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate, which includes Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart and The Outlet Village.
