8 Things to Look Forward to During Riyadh Season 2026
From Six Kings Slam to WWE Crown Jewel, here are eight of the biggest events and experiences coming to Riyadh this season.
Riyadh Season is back for its seventh edition this October, bringing 10 weeks of sports, concerts, performances, cultural experiences and family entertainment across the Saudi capital. The 2026 season officially begins on Wednesday, October 21st, with this year’s programme once again running under the ‘Big Time’ theme.
Across Riyadh, familiar destinations including Boulevard World, Boulevard City and Wonder Garden will reopen alongside a packed schedule of international sporting events, live shows and large-scale attractions. The season will also feature concerts by Saudi, Arab and international artists, theatre, comedy and family-focused experiences.
With more announcements still to come, these are eight of the biggest events and destinations confirmed for Riyadh Season 2026 so far.
Six Kings Slam
Riyadh Season 2026 will open with one of its biggest sporting attractions as the Six Kings Slam returns to Riyadh, with matches taking place on October 21st, 22nd and 24th.
The exhibition tennis tournament brings together six of the biggest names in men's tennis: defending champion Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic, Alexander Zverev, Taylor Fritz and Alex de Minaur, who is making his Six Kings Slam debut. Sinner is returning to defend the title after winning the tournament in both 2024 and 2025.
The tournament follows a knockout format and will once again be staged at the ANB Arena in Riyadh. For viewers outside Saudi Arabia, the 2026 tournament will stream live globally on Netflix, with no additional charge for Netflix subscribers.
Canelo Álvarez vs Christian Mbilli
Boxing will take centre stage on October 31st when Mexican superstar Saúl “Canelo” Álvarez faces Cameroonian-French fighter Christian Mbilli in Riyadh.
Taking place at The Venue in Riyadh, the fight is being presented under the 'Mexico vs. The World' banner and will be contested for the WBC super-middleweight title, which is currently held by Mbilli. The fight marks Canelo's return to the ring following his September 2025 defeat to Terence Crawford, while Mbilli enters the bout as an undefeated world champion.
Canelo comes into the fight with a professional record of 63 wins, three losses and two draws from 68 bouts, including 39 victories by knockout. Mbilli, meanwhile, has 29 wins, one draw and no defeats from 30 professional fights, with 24 wins coming by knockout.
The fight will be available internationally through DAZN pay-per-view, while tickets for the Riyadh event are being sold through WeBook.
WWE Crown Jewel
Wrestling fans will have their own major night to look forward to when WWE Crown Jewel comes to Riyadh on Saturday, November 7th.
The event will take place at the Riyadh Season Stadium in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) and is being staged as part of the season's sports and entertainment programme. WWE describes Crown Jewel as one of its premier global events, with champion-versus-champion matchups across both the men's and women's divisions.
The General Entertainment Authority has already announced ticket sales, with the event bringing WWE Superstars to Riyadh for another major night of professional wrestling.
Crown Jewel is part of a long-running relationship between WWE and Saudi Arabia that dates back to 2018, during which the Kingdom has hosted events including Crown Jewel, Elimination Chamber, King & Queen of the Ring, Night of Champions and Royal Rumble.
Boulevard World
Boulevard World is one of Riyadh Season’s largest themed entertainment zones, built around country and regional pavilions that recreate architecture, food, performances and attractions from different parts of the world in one walkable destination.
For 2026, the zone is expanding with three new pavilions representing the Netherlands, Portugal and Yemen, adding to its mix of internationally themed districts, restaurants, rides, live entertainment and cultural experiences.
Boulevard City
Boulevard City is one of Riyadh Season’s main entertainment districts, combining restaurants, shops, live shows, games and large-scale attractions in one pedestrian-friendly zone.
For the 2026 season, the destination will reopen with new entertainment content and experiences added across its venues as part of Riyadh Season’s 10-week programme.
Wonder Garden
Wonder Garden is Riyadh Season’s colourful outdoor amusement destination, built around rides, games, illuminated installations and family-focused attractions spread across a garden-style setting.
For 2026, the zone will reopen as part of the season’s wider programme, offering another dedicated space for children and families alongside Riyadh Season’s larger entertainment districts.
The Groves
The Groves is one of Riyadh Season’s more relaxed lifestyle destinations, combining dining, landscaped outdoor spaces and live entertainment in a setting designed more for lingering than high-intensity attractions.
Its 2026 edition will once again centre on food, atmosphere and open-air experiences, with restaurants, performances and seasonal programming spread across the venue.
Ana Arabia at VIA Riyadh
Ana Arabia brings Arab fashion, jewellery, beauty and design to VIA Riyadh, spotlighting women-led brands and creatives from across the region through a dedicated exhibition and shopping experience.
For Riyadh Season 2026, the event will return to VIA Riyadh, where visitors can browse regional labels and discover designers working across fashion and lifestyle. Further details on this year’s participating brands and programme have yet to be announced.
