What to Expect from Be-Indie x Ora's Unzipped Festival May 9th
Marwan Moussa and Naïka headline Egypt’s first fashion music festival, a bold collaboration between fashion and real estate.

On May 9, ZED Park will transform into the home of Unzipped Festival, the launch of an annual one-day event that fuses fashion, music, and immersive experiences. “This is the first time a real estate and fashion brand have collaborated together to bring a fashion music festival to Egypt,” says Rowan Torky, founder of Be-Indie, the platform co-producing the event with Ora Egypt.
The multi-dimensional experience includes live music performances headlined by Marwan Moussa and Naïka, a curated retail experience by Be-Indie, interactive carnival games and installations by Ora, and limited edition food and beverage menus. The festival also comes with a theme: denim. “Dress code is denim on denim, because it’s a denim festival,” Rawan adds.
Designed by experiential studio The Cult, the festival space takes inspiration from a retro roadside rest stop. Guests can hang out in a motel-style lounge, explore interactive art installations, snap photos at a vintage-style photo booth, and grab food from a diner-inspired court. A mini-mart pop-up will feature exclusive BE-INDIE merch and games, while the main stage—shaped like an old-school gas station—will host the day’s live performances.
