‘Rap of the Week’ returns with new releases from some of the region’s biggest names, including Tchubi, Marwan Moussa and Shahyn.

Moroccan rap star Tchubi makes a long-overdue return with A Man With A Gun, one of his most personal and narrative-driven projects to date. Framed as an episodic audiovisual experience, the album follows a man shaped by regret and hardship as he confronts his past and pushes towards what comes next.

Egypt's Marwan Moussa joins forces with Turkish rap heavyweight Ezhel on ‘Nane’, a cross-border collaboration that pairs Moussa’s punchy delivery with Ezhel’s melodic flow over a hard-hitting trap production. Meanwhile, veteran rapper Shahyn offers the first taste of his upcoming album with ‘CEO’, setting the tone for what’s to come.

The playlist also includes Afroto with ‘Haqeba’, Hyper and Cymona with ‘A5lam’, and Taybe Santo and Saud G with ‘Panikam’.
