Bahrain's Soundscapes Announces Lineup for Homecoming Edition Feb 6
This is the festival's first public gathering in its birthplace since 2019.
After years on the road, Bahrain-born electronic music festival Soundscapes is coming home. On February 7th, the festival will mark its first public event in Bahrain since 2019 with a full day of house and techno, led by a carefully curated lineup of local talent and regional favourites.
Founded in 2015, Soundscapes has steadily built a reputation as one of the region’s most considered electronic music festivals, blending music, arts and wellness across a series of editions staged on Zanzibar’s Bwejuu Beach. Beyond its idyllic setting, the festival has played a consistent role in supporting Zanzibar’s local community through eco-conscious practices and immersive, site-specific experiences, and even introduced a custom-built, 28-cabient sound system hand-built in Kingston, Jamaica, in collaboration with Sole DXB at its 2023 edition.
This homecoming lineup reflects that journey, billing regional artists and long-time collaborators, including Saudi veteran DJ Baloo, DJ Dustin, Hameed, Rashed Al Dhaen, F Jaay, Eli Verveine, Mozeez and Dust.
Early bird tickets are now available via the link in @soundscapes.bh’s Instagram bio.
