Unified Contact Centre Launched at Giza Pyramids Visitor Area

A unified contact centre has been introduced for the first time within the Giza Pyramids Visitor Area to provide direct support for visitors and coordinate responses to inquiries, complaints, and operational issues throughout opening hours.

The initiative is being implemented through a protocol between the Supreme Council of Antiquities and Orascom Pyramids Entertainment.

According to project management, the system is intended to support daily site operations by monitoring service quality, reducing recurring visitor complaints, and improving communication between visitors and on-site teams.

The contact centre will centralise incoming requests and direct them to relevant operational units, while also following up on reported issues to ensure they are resolved within the visitor area.

Officials said the aim is to maintain consistent service standards across the plateau and establish a single communication channel for handling questions, feedback, and support requests during visits.

Visitors are being encouraged to use the hotline 19349 to request assistance, report concerns, submit complaints, or inquire about services related to the site.

Project management stated that the system forms part of wider efforts to improve the visitor experience at the Giza Pyramids area through more coordinated operations and faster response handling aligned with international tourism service standards.
