UAE Government Portal U.ae Surpasses 11 Million Users

The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority reported that the UAE government’s official digital portal, U.ae, attracted more than 11 million users over the past 12 months. According to the authority, the platform recorded more than 18 million visits during the same period, averaging approximately 1.5 million visits each month.
The portal is designed to provide unified access to services and information from government entities across the United Arab Emirates. The authority stated that visa and residency-related information ranked among the platform’s most accessed categories, accounting for more than 20% of total views.
Smartphones represented the primary access point for users, making up more than 60% of overall traffic. According to the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, the platform’s development follows a design-thinking approach aligned with digital accessibility policies intended to ensure inclusive access for all users, including people with disabilities.
