ThinkProp Launches AI Academy for UAE Real Estate Sector

ThinkProp Venture, a UAE-based company focused on real estate technology and professional training services, has launched ThinkProp AI Academy, which it describes as the country’s first dedicated artificial intelligence academy for real estate and business professionals.

The initiative is designed to build practical AI-related capabilities through a structured training system integrating artificial intelligence into learning guidance, simulations, assessments, and performance tracking.

According to the company, the academy was developed around UAE market requirements while incorporating international best practices. The programme offers specialised courses spanning real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and business operations.

The academy is also partnering with AI CERTs to provide internationally recognised certifications alongside training tailored to local industry standards.

Initial plans target training more than 100 professionals during the first phase of operations, with the company aiming to double the number of available courses before the end of the year.

ThinkProp also stated that expansion plans include rollout across GCC markets followed by wider expansion into the Middle East and Chinese markets.

The platform has received certification from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre, the Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the Dubai Land Department.

According to the company, the academy was developed in collaboration with government and industry partners.
