Official Absher Platform Processes 16.5 Million Transactions in April
More than 16 million digital transactions were completed through the Ministry of Interior’s Absher platform during April.
More than 16.5 million electronic transactions and services were processed through Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior platform Absher during April 2026.
According to figures released by the ministry, a total of 16,536,826 transactions were completed across Absher Individuals and Absher Business during the month.
Absher Individuals accounted for 13,973,584 transactions, while Absher Business recorded 2,563,242 transactions and services.
Within Absher Individuals, the platform recorded 3,609,072 document-viewing operations through the Digital Wallet feature available on the Absher mobile application for citizens, residents and visitors.
Transactions linked to the General Directorate of Public Security reached 3,417,847 during April, including 3,307,760 services carried out through the General Department of Traffic.
The General Directorate of Passports recorded 2,202,603 transactions, while the Ministry of Interior’s Agency of Civil Affairs completed 576,236 transactions during the same period.
Within the platform’s general services category, 158,075 reports were issued through the Absher Reports service, alongside 2,248 general fingerprint inquiries.
The ministry stated that unified digital identities issued through Absher allow citizens, residents and visitors to access services across Absher Individuals, Absher Business and Absher Government platforms.
These digital identities also enable users to access government and private sector services through the National Single Sign-On platform Nafath.
