Le Méridien Dubai is Giving The Warehouse a Three-Venue Second Life
One of Dubai’s old-guard hotels is giving The Warehouse a second life, with a sprawling new destination built around nights out, open-air brunches and family-friendly play.
As one of Dubai’s oldest hotels, Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has spent decades operating as a self-contained dining address beside the airport. Now, one of its earliest venues, The Warehouse, is being transformed into a sprawling social destination, bringing three concepts under one roof with an opening pencilled in for late 2026.
The new arrival comes from Solutions Leisure, the hospitality group with a long track record of turning Dubai venues into reliably busy ones. At the centre of the revamp is Lock, Stock & Barrel, the rowdy, much-loved bar brand that has spent years soundtracking nights out across the city and is now opening here as its fifth address in the country.
Alongside it sits The Yard, an open-air terrace pitched at Dubai’s brief, glorious cool season, with live music, sport on the big screens and weekend brunches.
The third piece, The Lanes, swerves the bar entirely in favour of the whole family, with bowling, an arcade, food trucks and outdoor play areas built for every age in the room.
