Hadaf Leadership Programme Launched to Develop Saudi Talent

The Human Resources Development Fund has launched a new set of training programmes under its Hadaf for Leadership initiative to develop national talent and strengthen leadership capacity.

The programmes are being delivered in partnership with ESCP Business School, focusing on equipping participants with advanced leadership, strategic thinking and decision-making skills aligned with private sector needs.

The first cohort has begun in Riyadh and will run for three months, combining in-person instruction, distance learning and practical workplace application.

The initiative is designed to improve institutional performance, increase productivity and enhance workplace environments, while supporting the development of leaders capable of operating at both local and global levels.

Training will include applied projects and mentorship from international experts, with an emphasis on transferring and adapting global leadership practices to the Saudi context.
