Final Phase of Tara Park Launched on Reem Island

The final phase of Tara Park has been launched on Reem Island, completing a six-tower residential development comprising 834 freehold apartments. Developed by Modon, the project includes one- to three-bedroom units and is positioned near two of the island’s main access bridges, providing connectivity to key areas such as Abu Dhabi Global Market, retail centres and educational institutions.
The developer has introduced a 40/60 payment plan, starting with 5% in 2026 followed by annual payments of 10% from 2027 to 2029. As a freehold development open to all nationalities, Tara Park is targeting first-time buyers and long-term investors seeking entry into Abu Dhabi’s residential market.
The masterplan consists of six towers connected by a shared podium designed to accommodate daily-use facilities, including nurseries, co-working spaces and retail outlets.
Amenities across the development include a 527-metre running and walking track, fitness centres, yoga studios, swimming pools and padel courts.
