Family Content Creator Programme Launches in the UAE

The Ministry of Family, in collaboration with the New Media Academy, has launched the Family Content Creators programme, a new initiative designed to train influencers to produce family-focused content that promotes positive digital habits and reinforces national identity.

The programme aims to nurture a new generation of creators capable of producing responsible, values-driven content centred on family cohesion, compassion and shared humanitarian values across social media platforms.

The initiative begins with a four-week intensive boot camp for 62 participants selected from more than 500 applicants. During the programme, participants will receive practical training in scriptwriting, storytelling, photography, editing, publishing strategies, platform management and data analysis, alongside sessions focused on family values and social awareness.

Following the boot camp, 13 participants will advance to a seven-month incubation programme, where they will receive one-on-one mentorship, production support and creative guidance from experts at the New Media Academy to help develop their digital identity and long-term content strategies.

The first cohort includes mothers and fathers documenting family life, young creators producing content for their peers, and professionals working in areas related to family wellbeing. Participants also include specialists supporting People of Determination and senior citizens, as well as paediatricians, social workers, teachers, family lawyers and media professionals.

According to the Ministry of Family, the programme is intended to equip creators with the digital tools needed to produce content that encourages positive behaviours across different age groups while reinforcing family stability as a pillar of social cohesion in the UAE.
