AD: Solare Ras El Hekma by MIP Continues Shaping Egypt's North Coast
Solare in Ras El Hekma is evolving into a year-round coastal destination through ongoing lifestyle and hospitality development.
For a few months each year, Egypt’s North Coast comes alive as visitors flock to the shoreline, before the landscape gradually quiets again at the end of summer. Increasingly, a new generation of developments is reshaping this seasonal rhythm, introducing hospitality, wellness, culture, and everyday amenities designed to extend life beyond the traditional holiday calendar.
Solare Ras El Hekma by Misr Italia Properties is a coastal destination rethinking seaside living as a continuous, experience-led lifestyle. Rather than functioning as a seasonal retreat, it introduces a way of life where activity, connection, and leisure extend throughout the year.
Located at kilometre 199 on the Alexandria-Matrouh Road in Ras El Hekma, Solare Ras El Hekma occupies a prime stretch of shoreline defined by accessibility and scale. The development unfolds across seven elevations rising up to 30 metres above sea level, maintaining uninterrupted visual connections to the water. A kilometre of beachfront and three kilometres of shoreline are interwoven with 100,000 square metres of lagoons, including private water bodies, ensuring most residences enjoy direct or indirect water views.

The project is structured across ten distinct launched lifestyle zones, distributing daily experiences across land, water, and elevated terrain. Behind its vision is a multidisciplinary team of experts in design, architecture, masterplanning, and hospitality experience, shaping a cohesive yet layered coastal environment, with more stories and launches still to come.
This vision of all-day vibrancy is reflected in its latest additions, with ClubHill emerging as a key expression of its evolving lifestyle offering, alongside Olive Oasis as part of Solare Ras El Hekma’s phased expansion.
ClubHill introduces a more elevated atmosphere, positioned on the highest point of the development with a Miami-inspired architectural language. At its core is ClubHill’s rooftop clubhouse, HillHouse, which functions as a social hub for residents and guests. Cascading architecture maximises terraces, shade, and uninterrupted views across the coastline.

Within ClubHill, HillHouse shifts across the day from morning wellness and daytime relaxation to evening gatherings overlooking the sea, reflecting Solare Ras El Hekma’s emphasis on a lifestyle that continues beyond peak hours.
Olive Oasis, set within the heart of Solare Ras El Hekma, draws from landscape and heritage. Anchored by more than a thousand olive trees, the district is organised around 60,000 square metres of swimmable lagoons, connecting homes directly to water and green space.

Its architectural language is softer and more grounded, defined by natural materials, earthy tones, and flowing forms that blend into the landscape, with a subtle contemporary twist that keeps the aesthetic refined and current. Daily life unfolds through organic farming initiatives, farm-to-table dining, wellness spaces, walking routes, and shared community amenities, creating a slower, more rooted rhythm of living.
Across the wider development, construction continues steadily, reinforcing delivery momentum. Overall grading has reached 70%, while cabin concrete works are 90% complete and villa concrete works are 80% complete. Solare Ras El Hekma by Misr Italia Properties ultimately moves beyond the idea of a seasonal destination, positioning itself as a place where coastal living is lived year-round.
