Mona Zaki & Karim Abdel Aziz to Star Together in New Film

Mona Zaki and Karim Abdel Aziz are set to reunite on the big screen in a new film directed by Ahmed El Gendy, with filming scheduled to begin after Ramadan 2027.

The project marks a new cinematic collaboration between the two Egyptian actors, although further details about the film’s title, plot and wider cast have yet to be announced.

Zaki is also expected to sit out the Ramadan 2027 television season, with her upcoming schedule instead centred on the new film and another planned television series.

Her latest film, ‘El Gawharji’, co-starring Mohamed Henedy, is currently screening in Egyptian cinemas.
