‘Your School in Egypt’ Platform to Be Piloted for Students Abroad

The Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Education have announced the launch of a new digital initiative called ‘Your School in Egypt’ aimed at providing the national curriculum to Egyptian students living abroad. The pilot phase of the programme is set to begin in December 2025 in a Gulf country selected for the trial. The platform will deliver interactive digital classrooms and educational tools to students abroad, enabling them to engage with the Egyptian curriculum remotely. Through this initiative, classes will be taught by Egyptian teachers and designed to maintain the academic and cultural ties of expatriate students with Egypt. In its initial phase, the platform will offer free review sessions for mid-term exams scheduled in January 2026, giving students abroad the opportunity to participate in synchronous lessons, assessments and live feedback through the digital platform. As the pilot progresses, the experience and feedback gathered will be used to refine the system before a broader rollout. The ministries overseeing the project say that once ready, the platform will be made available through official ministry channels and Egyptian embassy-managed portals.
