New App 'Eltizam' Now Monitors Cleanliness Violations in Dubai
Dubai Municipality’s new Eltizam app enables residents to report cleanliness issues, track responses, and access waste management services in real time.

Dubai Municipality has launched the Eltizam app, a new digital platform designed to streamline the city’s cleanliness monitoring and waste management services. The app allows residents and visitors to report cleanliness issues directly to the municipality, track the status of their reports, and access a range of related services in real time.
Eltizam is part of Dubai’s broader push to enhance smart city infrastructure and improve public engagement in municipal services. Through the app, users can submit photos and descriptions of cleanliness concerns, such as litter, overflowing bins, or illegal dumping. The municipality’s teams are then dispatched to address the reported issues, with users able to follow the progress of their requests through the app’s tracking feature.
In addition to reporting, Eltizam provides information on waste collection schedules, recycling points, and guidelines for proper waste disposal. The app aims to encourage community participation in maintaining Dubai’s public spaces, supporting the city’s reputation for high standards of cleanliness and urban management.
Eltizam is available for download on iOS and Android devices.
