Global Shipping Giant FedEx Opens Head Office in Riyadh
FedEx also launched its first direct air connection from the United States and Europe to Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, with flights scheduled six times per week.

FedEx Express, a global leader in express shipping and logistics, has opened its new regional headquarters in Riyadh, expanding its operational presence across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
The inauguration ceremony took place in Diriyah and was attended by Minister of Transport and Logistic Services Saleh Al-Jasser, FedEx President and CEO Raj Subramaniam, and Dr Rumaih Al-Rumaih, Vice Minister and Acting President of the Transport General Authority (TGA).
The opening forms part of FedEx’s wider strategy to strengthen its footprint in the Gulf region. As part of this expansion, the company launched its first direct air connection from the United States and Europe to Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, with flights scheduled six times per week.
