Egypt will maintain current fuel prices until October 2025, keeping the rates set in April. The Automatic Fuel Pricing Committee’s July meeting was postponed, delaying the third-quarter price review.
The decision, issued under directives from the Prime Minister, is intended to ease household cost pressures during ongoing economic challenges. Fuel prices, normally adjusted quarterly in line with global oil markets and currency movements, remain frozen under these circumstances.
