SlashData & Al Wathba Insurance Launch Mulem for Insurance Efficiency

The collaboration centres on the rollout of Mulem, a platform designed to support more efficient and data-driven insurance processes.

Mulem functions as a digital integration system that connects multiple data sources related to vehicles, drivers, and accidents through direct system-to-system access. This structure is intended to reduce reliance on manual processing, improve data accuracy, and strengthen data governance across insurance operations.

According to the companies, the platform enables real-time access to verified data, supporting more precise underwriting decisions while helping to reduce fraud risk and improve pricing consistency.

The system is also designed to streamline workflows and accelerate transaction processing, contributing to faster service delivery and reduced operational burden across the motor insurance value chain.
