MIS Signs $501 Million Contract to Build AI Data Centre for HUMAIN

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) has signed a contract to design and build a dedicated artificial intelligence-focused private data centre for HUMAIN, a company owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund. The contract, which will run for 12 months, is valued at SR1.88 billion ($501 million). According to a statement issued to the Saudi stock exchange, the project is forecast to exceed 155% of MIS’s total revenue recorded in 2024.

The data centre is intended to support artificial intelligence infrastructure and specialised computing needs linked to HUMAIN’s operations.

The agreement follows earlier cooperation between the two entities. In December 2025, MIS secured a similar project from HUMAIN.

Separately, the company received a Development Commencement Notice in November from Saudi Data Centres Fund 1 to expand the capacity of existing data centres. The expansion begins with 72 megawatts out of a planned 112 megawatts total capacity and is projected to cost around $800 million.
