G42 & Publicis Sapient Sign MoU to Explore AI Joint Venture
G42 and Publicis Sapient aim to integrate cloud modernisation, intelligent agents and full-scale AI deployment under a joint structure targeted for mid-2026.
UAE-based technology group G42 has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with global digital transformation firm Publicis Sapient to explore the creation of a joint venture focused on enterprise AI deployment.
The proposed venture would combine G42’s sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure with Publicis Sapient’s enterprise AI platforms and industry expertise, targeting organisations in the UAE and the Global South as they shift from AI experimentation to full-scale implementation.
Under the framework, the partnership would deliver services spanning cloud modernisation, AI use case development, intelligent agent creation, enterprise software engineering and end-to-end AI deployment and optimisation.
G42 contributes a full AI technology stack, including sovereign cloud infrastructure and foundation models, alongside sector expertise and AI-native engineering talent with deployment experience in the UAE and emerging markets. Publicis Sapient brings enterprise-grade platforms such as Sapient Slingshot, designed to accelerate the software development lifecycle and modernisation, and Sapient Bodhi, a platform for industry- and function-specific AI agents and orchestration. The firm has led transformation projects across more than 50 markets.
The companies stated that the joint initiative is intended to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes and enable data-driven operations at enterprise scale.
Subject to final agreements, commercial and operational structures are expected to be formalised, with the joint venture targeted for establishment by mid-2026.
