Art D’Égypte Turns LMD Locations into Living Art Hubs
The partnership will bring large-scale public art activations and cultural programming to LMD destinations in 2025 and 2026.

Art D’Égypte, the platform behind some of Egypt’s most ambitious site-specific art exhibitions, from the Giza Pyramids to historic Cairo, has teamed up with leading real estate developer LMD to bring large-scale public art activations, exhibitions, and cultural programming to select LMD destinations in 2025 and 2026.
The partnership, announced at LMD’s New Cairo headquarters, aims to embed art and heritage experiences into the very fabric of the company’s developments, transforming them into living cultural spaces.
“We see LMD as developers that are building with the purpose of placing community at the heart of their ethos, creating stronger impact and aligns with our vision,” said Nadine Abdel Ghaffar, Founder of Art D’Égypte. “This made it a natural partnership for us, bringing together soft power and culture as the soul of our projects to achieve a greater collective influence.”
Over the past decade, Art D’Égypte has gained international recognition for reimagining how art interacts with heritage, staging exhibitions in some of Egypt’s most iconic historic settings while also championing contemporary artists. This collaboration marks a step into a new arena: integrating art into modern, lived-in environments on a permanent and evolving basis.
"This cultural initiative with Art D’Égypte is a natural extension of our vision to build destinations that go beyond buildings and create experiences," added Eng. Amr Sultan, CEO of LMD. "By integrating art, design, and culture into our spaces, we are reshaping the meaning of real estate as a platform for expression, connection, and aspiration."
The initiative will roll out across LMD’s flagship developments, each hosting site-specific works by local and international artists.
