Downtown Cairo’s Zawya Cinema Hosts 7th Edition of Cairo Cinema Days
The program features the latest films from across the region like ‘Four Daughters’, ‘Machtat’, and Palestine’s ‘The Teacher’.
Zawya Cinema, the indie movie theatre in Downtown Cairo, will host the 7th edition of its Cairo Cinema Days program from May through to July. The program aims to showcase some of the most exciting feature films and documentaries from across the MENA region, including Lebanon, Palestine, Tunisia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Morocco and Sudan. The program’s May selection will feature two Tunisian documentaries, ‘Four Daughters’ and ‘Machtat’, a Lebanese documentary, ‘Q’, as well as a Palestinian feature film, ‘The Teacher’.
